Daredevil/Karen Page storyline help

can some one point out the storyline/ issues that chronicle Karen Pages fall. Not the end which is the Born Again, but when she starts losing her ish through to the end.

According to GCD she did not appear in any issue of Daredevil between #138 (Oct-1976) and her reappearance in DD #227 (Feb-1986), which is the first chapter of the Born Again story arc.

• "Where is Karen Page?" - Daredevil is in San Francisco looking for a kidnapped Karen Page and clashes with Death's Head and the Smasher; appearances by the Stunt-Master and Death-Stalker (disguised as Death's Head). Story continues in Ghost Rider (vol. 1) #20.
