A Frame for Displaying your CGC book!

18 posts in this topic

Okay!

First off, I am just providing this as a "Public Service Announcement" as I have no affiliation with the company which produces these frames. I just thought someone may find this of interest.

The frames are designed for display of CGC books. All backing's are archival grade. You can choose Glass or Plexiglass, UV Protected and UV Non-Glare. The frame shown costs $130.00 (tax is included).

For more information, contact Jennifer Rhodes at:

Here's what it looks like:

Here's the back:

Here's how it works: Step 1, 2 & 3...

I didn't know if I should post this in Comics General, so someone tell me if they think it would be okay to do so.

As far as I can tell your link contains next to nothing.

But I most definitely want to toss a pedigreed book in one of those and obscure the entire front cover with the COA!

I didn't realize the website isn't completed yet,..... sorry.gif

How about an email address? 893scratchchin-thumb.gif

Very cool but very expensive. Also, can you buy glass that will eliminate cover fading?

Yeah, $130.00 is a little bit of money, so your book would have to be a little better than a "Rom, Space Knight" # 1 for you to do it. poke2.gif

I would recommend this for a "Spawn # 1 or any other "Extremely Rare Book" !!! 27_laughing.gif

They would be pretty cool if framing slabs made any sense.

Maybe you want to "Display" your book,.......? confused-smiley-013.gif

Of course, you could also do this with Duct-Tape™ !!! makepoint.gif

Christo_pull_hair.gif

According to MY Calculations, that would save you about $127.48 !!! foreheadslap.gif

And you could then use the "savings" to purchase this:

This is an actual frame for the book.

Whatever,.......I just posted something I thought other's might find of interest,.... sorry.gif

Do what you will!

If you'd rather store your books in a white, card-board box, so be it! Christo_pull_hair.gif
