Tricky one this. The book is in otherwise high grade condition, no tears and off-white to white pages but what effect does the rust stains have on the back cover? These stains are presumably from another comic with rusty staples being stored at some point on top of this one. The staples are fine on this comic. Thanks for looking.

It's not an uncommon defect, particularly with SA books. It is treated as a stain. I think the 2 guys above are being just a tad harsh. Structure looks good with no "major defects". Should be an 8.0. :)
