Beware PayPal phishing email

I just got an email today supposedly from PayPal.

 

 

When you log in, it asks you to verify your info, including birthday and social. I of course said f that and reported it to PayPal. They said it was not from them.

 

So if you get any curious PayPal emails, beware.

Paypal will always use your name in any emails. If they just use your email name, thats a fraud. They certainly never call you 'dear customer'.

Forward any such to spoof@paypal.com

Got one too, knew it was a scam right away.

I got mine about a month ago..... just deleted it and then checked my account. If an email is legit it will be reflected there. I never click a link within an email for anything. GOD BLESS...

Another thing one can do is to google "paypal phising scam" and see what pops up. GOD BLESS...
