As you can tell it's pretty rough, BUT the staples are attached and it's complete.

 

Main concern and questions are

1. RE: the tape on the bottom left corner, will this fetch me a purple label?

2. It's pretty dirty, would a clean help or make things worse?

1.5 tops. No purple for the tape. It's pretty soiled so I'd leave as is. A solvent clean would garner a purple label for sure. Don't think a dry clean would do much to improve the appearance too much.
