CGC Registry No. "Not recognized"

Can I get some help with this: I have a book with a cert. no. that doesn't show up:

I get no match found when checking that number on cgc's web page. 99 times out of a 100 it's because someone at cgc forgot to mark it as shipped. Call them monday, they'll fix it.
