PGM Night Nurse #1

I just picked up Night Nurse #1, not quit mint but very clean, with bright colors. The top and bottom corners show wear, there are also several stress lines on the spine as well as on the cover edges. The back white cover shows smudging as well. I would like to know what those of experience might grade this at.

Throbbing? Who uses the word "throbbing" in a sentence like that?
