I found this today while cleaning my office. I'm not sure where I got it. I think it was part of a small collection I bought last year. The comic grades about a F/VF based on the front cover (that's all I can see).

 

Overstreet says: "Variant polybagged w/Dirt Magazine #4 and music tape."
