Coincidental because the pattern of reflections on the right side mylar bag are identical to the one in this image, along with a grayish shadow over the building on the right side of the cover:

IIRC, that auction was also a subject of conversation on these boards.

It reads like it is the same seller....a German seller who has put up a lot of silver age cgc'd books for auction...... broken English in the description etc.

I was also unable to magnify the older ebay auction pic, to see the label #.

...and this auction has an imcomplete cert # listed...and it is also not clearly legible in the pic, either.

My guess is that it's the same seller, or a partner of his.

Report him to ebay for fraudulent listing activities....., that'd be my suggestion and is what I just did.

I am able to magnify the older listing in the post right above yours. The serial is 1226613001, which matches this new listing. (If you mouse over the photo in the new listing, it magnifies just enough to barely be able to make out the serial number.)

What is the deal with Germany.....you can also buy oxycodone online from Germany........and didn't somebody in Germany send along newspapers instead of the comics you were supposed to get? I do realize this kind of thing can happen anywhere.......
