Hey guys I'm thinking this is a 4.0/4.5 but I'm not sure what the white spots on the back are tape pull maybe? Thanks in advance :)

some waviness

blunted corners

discolored staples

spine ticks

spine stress

production ink on some pages

color breaking creases
