Thank you very much, great book - but it must be quite thick (1") ? Maybe I've been sleeping, but isn't it unusual for CGC to grade such books? (I can see that the two books I've seen were graded in June and Juli this year)

 

Sigh, soon I need to collect a ton of new CGC books to fill the set

It is thick. It's actually in a magazine size holder. Note, don't sub it as a magazine. I did and they actually moved it to a separate invoice.

It's been reprinted a lot, I think. Shouldn't be hard to find. Probably the last time Moore said something nice about Miller, I'm guessing.
