PGM: X-Men #1 (1963)

This one is in rough shape! The cover is still barely attached at the bottom staple...off on the top. I feel bad for the cover, but the interior is nice.

 

Thoughts? 1.0 on a good day? Pressable to a 9.8? (j/k)

 

No coupons are cut out, and no pages are missing from the interior. No tape, etc...

 

I don't see any rust on the staples. I'm thinking the brown around the staple is foxing, or just dirt.
