Off the top of my head, I think Thor 159 is the reveal that Don Blake is a construct of Odin. I think Don appears occasionally even after this, tho.

I don't think it was 159--I think it was 158. Wasn't that the true origin issue of Thor? I love this issue for the dynamic Kirby cover.

158 is mostly a reprint of JIM 83 that is used to set up the Don Blake question.

Thor's first appearance is Jim 83. The first in own is Thor 126. Thor origin is Thor 159.

 

Thor is the norse god, son of Odin. This is the origin we first learn in Thor 159. While Jim 83 is the first appearance of Thor, it's origin story is a fake origin story and we learn that in 159.

Since it's a fake origin, JIM 83 shouldn't be worth squat. JIM 159 should be JIM #1.
