According to Comicbookdb its MCP #87 from 1991. Marvel had him doing the back covers for a bit.

 

Excalibur #57 and #58 (1992) is pretty early on and a nice follow up to Art Adams' 1989 X-Factor #41 and #42 Troll story. Joe Mad was copying his style back then.
