Iceman and his ice bridges has killed so far 32 New Yorkers from falling ice chunks. Not to mention injuries and property damage. Cyclops, while going after a bank robber, caused 2 deaths and $132,000 property damage with his eye beams. Thor and his hammer has racked up 13 building destroyed and 62 deaths. This while going after criminals who were merely robbing or looting. Human Torch is the worst so far-162 fires, one of which completely destroyed an apartment building and killed 132. Spiderman is not so bad but a news chopper did get entangled in his web and plunged to the ground, killing 3 on board and 2 on the ground.
