Or the miswrap with the pages sticking out at the bottom right corner?

 

The production defect wouldn't keep it below 9.4/9.6 I would think.

I am not 100% sure if it is a production error or not.

 

I can't say if it was like this 5 years ago when I bought it or if it mysteriously happened while it was in storage. Its funny because none of the other Batgirl comics that were stored with it are like this.

 

If its not a mojor deal I will not try an loose any sleep over it. I can live with a 9.4/9.6.
