Buyer paid with paypal, moneys havent cleared yet, and now I get this message:

"This user is no longer registered on eBay"

 

Has this happened to anyone here before?

always go with whatever pay pal says as far as if you should ship or not. I check it every time I sell something along with verifying the address.

I've even called PayPal about a couple of questionable payments. I wasn't sure if payment was actually received. Good thing I did before shipping because it was fraudulent.

 

PayPal told me that only when you see the funds in your 'summary' then you're good to go. An email stating you received money doesn't cut it.

Yeah, I had a buyer get NARU'd right after he paid me. He couldn't leave feedback, that was really the only difference. Of course, I shipped out his comic right away.
