Being already an JSA fan I already have her first appearances.

 

JSA #1 is Jesse Quick first appearance.

 

JSA #8 is Jesse Quick first appearance in costume using powers.

She was just revealed in the Flash episode last week. I would say yes if she plays a bigger part in the show. Raw copies sold for ~$20 when it was first announced the character was cast.
