Need a general grade for Walking Dead #19

I was looking to get some professional opinions on the grade of this book. I am debating on selling it and want to make sure I have it described the best I can. I also would like a GENERAL price I could ask for this comic and receive.

not a professional grader, but have been around for a bit.

8.5, might press to a 9.0. those spine creases on the back are pretty heavy.

I am going like an 8 or an 8.5.

 

1. Heavy creases on back spine with some color brake

2. That upper left corner is fairly blunted

3. chip on top of back cover is small but there

4. that sideways crease almost v shaped mark near her left knee is the one that just kills it for me
