PGM: Doctor Strange 169

Hi, I just picked up this copy of Doctor Strange 169. Despite the condition issues, I'm happy with it because I think it presents well (likely will be a display copy after I read it). I'm really new to collecting, so I'd appreciate grading insight from you experienced folks. Thanks in advance!

 

Known issues:

 

FC: edge wear, small color-breaking creases in corners, color-breaking creases in spine, tape adhesive residue/staining near each staple (but no staple pulls, so maybe this was preventive??)

BC: ~2" tear at bottom right, tape adhesive staining, tanning

 

Inside cover: tanning, tape adhesive staining, tear on back cover

Inside pages: tanning, but pages are still flexible. A few folded corners but no missing pieces. No other known interior issues.

If no reinforcement somewhere in the realm of 3.5

the tanning and the tear hurts this book the most - I'd say a really well-presenting 4.0-4.5

I'd say a 3.5 / 4.0 as well.

 

The FC certainly presents well and I like the centering on it.
