Do you think I just got scammed with this Spider-Man #1 CGC 7.0?

I spoke to PayPal and they have assured me that I am protected if the item does not arrive or is switched for a different book. I also received an email from the buyer who says he/she will be sending me tracking info and is requesting positive feedback once received. Hoping I don't end up with a box filled with newspaper clippings :(

 

I had that one before but PayPal got a police report with the picture of the paper stuffing inside the box. I won the case and my money back.
