Does anyone have a pic of venom lethal protector 1 counterfeit?

Like the title asks, does anyone have a pic of the counterfeit? Just curious as a fellow collector near me knows a guy that owns one and might be willing to sell to me when I have the funds together. I know it's been asked a lot but I have never seen a pic of the counterfeit before and don't condone the selling of comics in order to dupe others.

I believe that picture is of a genuine misprint, not the counterfeit.

Probably because he felt that writing "Below is an example of a genuine misprint. Click to enlarge." as the last line of the description was enough!

The misprint was selling for a couple grand....raw, in the mid 1990's...before CGC came around.

 

Just like TMNT #1, 10 years earlier.

The misprint STILL sells for a couple grand CAK. There are over 100 of the black misprints and a few white misprint. A black misprint 9.8 sold in June for $1227. Even 9.6's sell for about $800.

Yes, I know that a slabbed 9.8 still sells for a couple grand.

 

My point was that even back in/around the mid 1990's, when this book was one of the hottest moderns around, it was moving at around $2000 in NM.

 

Well before the CGC came around.
