Does ASM 129 have a MVS in it?

I know this may sound like a noob question. I was just wondering though, I looked on a website called mvsstamps and it doesn't list 129 as having one. Just want to make 100% sure that the website is correct though before proceeding.

 

Someone I know sold a mid grade copy and the buyer is sending pics of the MVS cut out and taped back onto the page, and is requesting a partial refund. Just trying to make sure he's not getting scammed. It's a Hulk stamp in this correct?

It was in ASM 130. But, there was a preview of a hulk value stamp in 129. Maybe that's what he's talking about?

it isn't an official Marvel value Stamp, but collectors of the MVS do include it.
