So we will not be seeing Batman v Superman and Captain America: Civil War released on the same day but they both have primetime TV specials airing on the same day…possibly at the same time?

- DC Films Presents: Dawn of the Justice League airs Tuesday, January 19 at 9:30/8:30c on The CW

 

You should be able to see both in one night.

it wasn't bad. Not really anything that a seasoned comic fan wouldn't already know. If you ever read Marvel: The Untold Story, you knew everything they covered here. But it was a solid primer for MCU rans & the typical ABC viewer that isn't a big comic fan.

It's worth watching. The last half is probably better than the first half. A lot of respect paid to King Kirby, and deservedly so.

 

The narrator sounded like a computerized voice. Not sure why they couldn't get one of the MAOS actors, etc.

I'm surprised that they didn't get someone to narrate it in-person like they did the Marvel: Pulp to Pop special last year with the chick from Revenge that plays Sharon or the Assembling a Universe special from a few years back. Plus, the only main issue that I had was the commercial breaks. They seemed SUPER abrupt. Like it was a 2 hour special or 90-minute special that they chopped 3 minutes off before each break & the outros that they've done in previous specials got axed in the process.
