Just one book tonight. Adventure Comics #40 CGC graded 4.0 (Very Good) condition with Off-White Pages. Very solid for the grade, comes from an original owner collection. Just came back from CGC yesterday. PRICE: $20,000.

 

Grader notes:

Right Bottom Front Cover Multiple Crease

Doesn’t come up for sale very often, one of just 22 unrestored copies graded by CGC to date. Most recent public auction sales are as follows:

 

-CBCS 3.5 (was formerly a CGC 3.0) with cr/ow pages: $14,340 in the November 2015 Heritage auction.

-CGC 4.5 with tape on interior noted on label: $16,200 in November, 2014 Comic Connect auction.

-CGC 3.5 with cover detached note on label: $17,925 in May, 2014 Heritage auction.

 

Payment via cashier's check or bank wire. U.S. customers only. USPS Priority Mail Express (overnight shipping) with insurance and signature confirmation is included.
