And legally he did give the dimensions of the book, he would be "legally" within the law. Doesn't change the fact that he's a dooshbag.

Another way you can tell it's the FFE is by the size of the Superman logo. Notice how on the reprint it is almost touching the top edge. On the real comic there is a bit of a gap between the top edge and the lettering
