I have some difficulties in grading this one.

The pieces missing are pretty small, but there are various – the staples are well attached anyway, and the page quality is pretty nice (OWW or a bit better).

 

There are a pair of very small repairs on the inside covers, apparently done with archival tape.

 

Pictures are clickable to access higher resolution versions.
