Canadian E.C. Comics

Ok, I love EC Comics. One area that I don't have experience in however, are the Canadian editions. How many issues were published? Were only certain issues reprinted and not others, or should there be a Canadian counterpart to every US issue published? I know how scarce the 3 issues of Weird Suspenstories are, since I've been trying to find those for over a decade, but what about the reprint issues, are they equally as scarce per issue? Any resource for the number of issues printed?

I'm pretty sure that Superior had exclusive rights to these in Canada. They did not publish every issue of every comic. The GCD seems to have a near complete list of the books that Superior published (including some of its own titles like Strange Mysteries). I would start there:

Is the story print quality of a Canadian EC the same quality as a regular (US) edition?

The printing tends to be not as good as the US editions in some cases .... depends on the book . But they are real hard to find. Most of mine I have found locally
