Will This hurt the grade of my comic book?

Hello All,

 

I have this comic book that is pretty much devoid of blemishes except that the book does not lay flat. Its actually batman adventuers #12(first harley quinn). How much of a loss in grade will this give me? I'am attaching a picture to show the warping. I can get this out simply by putting it under some books? Thanks

As it stands it will hurt the grade. Depending on the book it may be worth a dry clean & press. If it is low value just do as you stated and stack some heavy books on it for a week.

You give us a crappy photo to assess your comic. And you call me a jerk?

Is the photo great, no. Is there enough there to tell the comic doesn't lay flat, I think so. Especially with him describing it. Can't we just all get along?

All I see in that photo is a leather couch. But based on your description of the warping, I would suggest getting the book pressed.
