Id go with the ASM 300 9.8 because 1) It's a Marvel book 2) It's Spider-Man 3) it's the 1st Venom  4th) it's Mcfarlane and 5th) it's a 9.8

I almost gave it to BA 12 but that would need to be a 9.8. 

NM 98, nice book that seems to be holding it's value but the market is flooded with them.
