I was thinking 9.2. Looks like I was giving the stamp too much of a pass but thought I would still give my original thought.

The stamp has nothing to do with the grade. Doesn't that mean it was sold on a military base?

 

There is a a small chip out of the top RC, no? That's what knocks it down a lot, along with that other chip floating around on the bottom of the cover. Both the top and bottom spine corners are dinged, as is the bottom RC, a little.

 

I can't see anything else with this book, but the white glare might wash stuff out.

 

The little chippies are what gets it down to 8.5 land, possibly less. The dinginess on the corners could probably pass muster in the 9.0-9.2 range.
