Does Kevin Smith charge for signings?

I noticed Kevin Smith is going to be at the Dallas show in June. Does anyone know if he charges for signings? If so, how much?

 

i'm pretty sure he charges as he's most likely a 'celeb' guest... the website will eventually list the price i think.

When a con mentions his appearance, they don't state he's there to at a booth to do any signings. He's really there to do his own panel, that's it. And that's all I've seen him do lately -- between his films and podcasts.

 

Would love to get GREEN ARROW #1 and DAREDEVIL #1 signed by him though. Very hard sig to get.

 

He's a really nice guy. I believe he'd be down for a CGC private signing if a rep came up to him and gave him a really good deal. Maybe a portion of the proceeds can go to his WAYNE FOUNDATION -- http://waynefdn.org/

He doesn't usually do signings at shows, most of the time just one of his shows and maybe photo-ops. If he does for this one I think it'd be a rather big deal, and I'd have some things to get signed myself.

Yeah I'd like those, Chasing Dogma, and my Clerks Vinyl. It's easy to get his signature if you want to buy something directly from his site but that's just for DVD's and posters. That's how I got my Mallrats poster signed.

If anyone has books they'd like to get signed by Kevin, I have been able to get a couple done before. While I can't guarantee it, if I'm at a show he's at I may be able to get a limited number done (but they aren't cheap). lol
