2 copies of the same book - one has a page in B&W and the other is in color?

These are the pages around the commonly missing poster in Batman 181. Both books are missing it and one has the page on the left in color and the other is in black and white. Why are they like this?

Is the other side of the wrap black and white (on the Black and white one) and colour (on the colour one) or is that the centre?

you know what, at this point one would think the SA stuff has been analyzed to death, but to squeeze a few variants out of it, that would liven up the category a bit. like the captain america one(s), was not aware of those, although i'd be worried about someone messing around with the scan, coloring something in (don't know which one is harder tofind)_
