CGC Case with "Extra" Flap?

Good morning all - quick question. I purchased a Ms. Marvel 1 SS 9.6 and the case has something I have not seen before. On the left-hand side there is a plastic flap inside the case that goes behind the comic. Is this legit or might something be going on? It's kinda hard to see but here are some pics. Awesome book signed by Stan the Man so I hope this is on the up and up!

The CGC number checks out.

That flap is very common and is used to hold the book in place within the holder.

It's normal, don't worry. I think they add those to make sure the comic doesn't slide side to side.
