Good question and not sure yet. I'll see what happens after CCS pressing and CGC grading. It's one of my very few blue chip keys, so maybe I'll hang onto it another 10 years.

Grader's notes:

crease top of front cover

light stain top of front cover

multiple readers crease front cover breaks color

small crease right top of back cover

small split top of spine.

I had it cleaned/pressed via CCS beforehand. Didn't do much, apparently.

No press is going to remove a color breaking crease. With CGC being tougher in general I'm not surprised and grade seems in line.

As promised, here's some pix. The cleaning didn't make the diagonal line near the lower right corner of the back cover go away completely.
