PGM: GS X-Men #1 - dropping off with CGC this weekend...?

22 posts in this topic

Good question and not sure yet. I'll see what happens after CCS pressing and CGC grading. It's one of my very few blue chip keys, so maybe I'll hang onto it another 10 years.

Thanks for everyone's feedback! I'll post "after" pics in a couple months.

6.5

Grader's notes:

crease top of front cover

light stain top of front cover

multiple readers crease front cover breaks color

small crease right top of back cover

small split top of spine.

I had it cleaned/pressed via CCS beforehand. Didn't do much, apparently.

I'd be pretty concerned with that wave in the "V" at the top. Looks like its on the back too

HI fiendish. ridersrohan enlightened me on what MetalPSI just mentioned. Here's the link he gave:

Thanks, I suppose I should have been more informative myself.

fiendish, do you think it would be possible to get a shot at this angle?

Such a nice book, would hate to see it damaged permanently

Yes, get in touch with them ASAP and get that reholdered. As far as I am aware, they are offering this service for free and shipping paid
