Yes, it is reprint.

 

First printing has a cover price and bar code is on the spine.

 

This is different - no cover price and bar code is on the bottom edge.

I'm pretty sure they're with the baseball, pokemon, magic cards, etc. Usually near the front. None in Laurinburg or Florence, SC, when I checked yesterday.
