would be great if you could give me your opinions regarding the grade of this Batman Adventures 12 copy.

I would grade it

8.5 with off-white to white pages

i was thinking 9.0

MAYBE a 9.2...all the stresses and dings are very subtle, but unfortunately there's a bunch of them.

Those subtle stresses and dings are practically invisible to the naked eye. Those huge Hi Res scans over emphasize the smallest of imperfections. I'd go 9.2 for sure...and maybe up to 9.4 IMHO...
