New Mutants #98 - I'm sure you haven't seen this one before..

 

This is going to be my first CGC submission... Pulled from my 25 year old collection. Now that I am looking at it closely, the flaws come out. Thanks in advance for your opinions!

 

 

 

Seems like limiting my scan to 100 DPI or editing the jpg is introducing coloring artifacts. Here is a photo from my phone - the box background around the issue number is a good crisp white on the actual comic. My phone or ambient lighting seem to add a yellow shade... OK, so you may need to take my word on that part...

 

 

 

Color of pages (I don't know what is typical for modern age and how it affects the CGC grade):

 

Close up detail of 2 spine stress lines in the back near each other, the one on top is visible. I don't see any on the front.
