Question about Incredible Hulk #330-#346 McFarlane

Why is Hulk #335 included in this set? Todd McFarlane wasn't involved with this book as far as I know. No cover work, no interior art, no story involvement. Should this book be in this set simply because it fits in the middle of the issues McFarlane worked on?
