I recently bought this book and I'm thinking it'll grade 9.8 or more, what do you think?

I am going with 9.4 because of some corner blunting, a minor spin roll, and the crease at the top.

Those are from production. CGC won't downgrade for them. I'd say 9.6

 

You can see a spine break on the back cover scan.

 

Is that a bend in the LLC( along the bottom edge of the front cover) ?

I would be very wary of pressing to get a .2 or .4 grade bump. Query whether the risk is worth the reward.
