action comics 64 complete? weird pages

hi guys i have a action comics 64 it has 60 pages which it is supposed the have but there are weird folds which you can see in the pics. what is this I've not seen this before!

Some GA books had odd pages like that - not produced by folding a larger sheet, but a single page sheet stapled in. I have a Capt marvel Junior like that.

 

If the page count is OK you're probably Ok.
