Flaws include a small tear on the spine about half way down. Lower left hand corner has been slightly hit. Very slight wrinkling of top edge. Beautiful gloss, lays perfectly flat, nice white pages (sorry, too lazy to take pictures of inside of book). Thanks in advance!

6.5-7.0, depending on how big of a deal the buggered up area of the mid spine is.

 

Presents like an 8.0 though.

I was thinking 6.0/+ because of the soil spot right edge (middle) and the spine tear mid-spine and light moisture stain back cover same place mid-spine..
