I get a kick how PC company CGC has labels w/guys in chains saying "bondage," perhaps to avoid offending the maybe three feminists that collect comics?

ASM 151 was first comic I ever bought. Off the newsstand when I was twelve. [Thought it was just me, from sentiment.]

 

:cool: It was the first comic I bought new off the stand also when I was nine so I guess you are 3 years older than me, you old foggy. :grin:

I bought mine off the Spinner Rack in a local Drug Store. :cloud9:

It is one of my all time favorite ASM covers and story and basically got me started collecting comics some 40 years ago. :)

That's trippy. I guess you were born in 66 or so, and yes I'm old but comics keeps me young ; ) And of course you must have been precocious.

 

I had a growing stack (before I went and got myself a box) and 151 was on top of the stack for a good couple of years.

:) Yes I was born in 66 and ASM #151 was not my first comic book, I had a few coverless ones by then that came from three packs from a five & dime store. But the ASM #151 was the first one I picked out new myself and I missed #152 but I bought ever new ASM issue after that and got a subscription by issue #166 and a few years later I did eventually find a #152 so I could see how that story turned out.
