Yes.

It is worth much less than one with a CF but in the shape yours appears to be in, I'd say it would sell for a couple of hundred dollars.

You can find a coverless copy and marry the two or simply make a color xerox of the CF.

Books like this have a market value that varies widely.

I would hang onto it but that's just me.

 

This is the amazing Fantazy # 15 of the DC Silver Age (it used to be Showcase 4 but this one is way harder to find)
