How was this Spider-Man comic distributed?

Are these the ones that were distributed in newspapers some years back?? If so I have quite a few of them . They were thin also. Not complete comics.

No, this is thick and digest-sized. It reprints all the books on the back cover.

Chip they were sold just like this, not as part of a DVD. Sold for a $1 There are three variants that I know of, the no price like you have, Dollar General version and Family Dollar.

I've gotten to where I've been picking up random ASM books that usually weren't the focus of my collection. Finding random magazines or reprints that are tough to come across has been really fun for me.

 

The book you're showing is a cool example of finding something neat that isn't very common.
