Pressure bubbles in older CGC case? Should this be fixed?

My graded collection is fairly small, this is my first time seeing this on an old cgc case. I had assumed these types of problems only existed on the newer cases where I saw complaints about newtonian rings etc, but what would you describe this as? Do I need this book reslabbed is there any risk of damage from leaving these bubble looking things? They move around with pressure but always come back. Not sure if it requires action, not sure what to do with it..

It is plastic on plastic - inner well meeting case. No worries. If you can slip a piece of paper in the side it goes away.

What a great tip, didn't know there was a gap on the sides. I got almost all of the bubbles gone. There's just a little of the rainbow oil spill look is there but it doesn't really bother me now.

Is that something that eventually affects all cases or is it just luck of the draw?
