Not exactly "mega keys" but noteworthy Spectacular Spider-Man issues...

 

#9 - 1st colour appearance of White Tiger

 

#22 - 1st meeting between Spidey and Moon Knight

 

#25 and later #149 - 1st Carrion (Miles Warren and Malcolm McBride)

 

#40 - Spidey-Lizard!

 

#107 - #110 - Sin Eater storyline...A classic

 

#139 - Origin of Tombstone

 

#200 - "Death" of Harry

 

320 - MJ announces she is pregnant

 

Lots of great art and stories in the first 30 issues.

#17 and #18 tie up the loose ends left by the cliffhanger ending of Champions #17 when that series ended abruptly.

 

I mean, there aren't many Champions fans I guess, but I know I tracked down these issues of PPSSM back in the day to find out what the heck happened to the Champions.

This title made it way past 200 issues - how many series can say that today???

 

As current Marvel plans go, as far as seasons, no future run of Spider-man under any banner (Amazing, Spectacular...) will ever make it to 50, let alone 200 issues.

#127 is a great one and done issue for fans of the Lizard. Great cover too.

 

Owl vs Octopus War story arc.

 

#200 and issues leading up to it.

 

Maximum Carnage issues.

 

#259-261 true Hobgoblin vs oeiginal green goblin 1st time. Sell for over cover in high grade.

 

Also loved the cover for #51, 56, 221, 226, 250, 255, underrated covers.
