PGM Startling Terror Tales 11

hi all, hoping for some help with the grade of my Startling Terror Tales 11.

the front is very nice likely an 8.0 maybe 8.5, but the back cover has issues:

marvel type chipping along the bottom and the top corner is missing.

 

Curious what the overall grade would be. The interior is off-white pages but it has a stain inside.

It's a gorgeous book, and one of those grading conundrums where no one really wants to be the first to hammer it. I'd throw out a guess of a strict 4.0, maybe 4.5. The eye appeal would obviously make it the nicest VG on the planet, but with the real estate missing on the back plus the interior stains, I don't see it going much higher.

I could see a 5.0. Possibly a bit higher, probably not 5.5 but on a good day ?
