The tanning to the bottom edge of the front and back covers, looks like staple tear on the top staple, cant make out if those are a couple of small tears on the back cover ( one on the left edge towards the bottom, the other on the top edge back cover.

 

Still looks like a nice VF-

i saw a slabbed 9.4 on one of these chat boards with a MUCH bigger and obtrusive shadow.. i believe harley yee was selling it.

 

i don't see any rips on any staples, just a little bit of spine stress.

 

personally I think the 7.5 - 8.0 grade is right on that because I would deduct for the shadow.

 

But it doesn't appear that CGC deducts much, if at all in 9.4 and below, for a shadow. At least based on the yee book i saw.
