5.5, but maybe 5.0. Ignoring any 'bump' if it applies.

That's a long crease going through the Action Comics box on the Front cover. I think that tops it out at 5.5 . Not that it matters for the grade but nice eye appeal.

Very nice colors on a book that is notorious for faded colors.

That purple pops in the scan. If it does so in real life,I'd call it a 6.0

An original label VG - that is a very nice looking VG. Does the moisture spot on the lower left side of the back cover go into any pages? I would say 5.0 as it is now.

Before CGC began applying it's own standards, back in the day of "original label," or "old label" a major crease demanded a VG.

But these days they've become more liberal even allowing a sub-crease on a 6.0.

 

Times have changed yet again. Good idea to re-submit.

Agreed with above - standards have changed over time and this looks under- graded now. I was happy to pick it up at a fair price, just having sold my copy (with prompt seller's remourse).
